Upio is a magnificent property on the hills close to  Montone medieval village .

From the farmhouse you can see castles scattered on the green and uncontaminated Umbrian hills such as (Rocca D Aries in front of Montone) or old abbeys such as San Faustino abbey or the old watchtowers like (Valbona, Moravola etc ...) which frame the panorama and the silence that characterizes Upio. In the evening, sitting on the terrace of the living room you can admire magnificent sunsets with a thousand colors on the green hills.

The farmhouse finely restored by skilled restorers using precious stones hand-made terra cotta wooden ceilings respecting the construction tradition of the place consists of : a lowered Middle Ages tower and three other buildings that joined to the tower form a single body of about 700 square meters divided in three levels.

On the ground floor there is a huge living room characterized by large arches with lots of light with a modern kitchen with island, a stove an old fireplace, internet TV area (excellent reception) and a table for 15 people, also on the ground floor we have a fitness room with bathroom that could become another large bedroom, storage, small bathroom, laundry and technical room.
