Borgo la Pieve - Cod. A64

This village made up of three independent farmhouses is located on the hills overlooking the Assino river valley with a view of farmhouses, olive groves, castles and green hills.

The three completely renovated stone farmhouses are surrounded by a well-kept garden with paths that connect them to each other, the area of ​​the farmhouses ,garden and the pool are fenced and divided by the 16 hectares of land that make up the property. .

The first farmhouse of about 200 square meters is encountered after crossing the electric gate to the east of the property, it has been completely renovated with local stone taking into account the typical canons of the Umbrian farmhouse. The rest of the land, which is also fenced, consists of pasture fields, olive groves and walnut groves (which can be cut as they are more than 20 years old), in one of the fields there is a pond that was used to water the horses. , swimming pool 16 hectares of land.

The property is easily reachable by asphalted road from Umbertide in 10 minutes and from the E 45 highway in 5 minutes
