Villa Capanieri A109
In a dominant position with a magnificent view of the hills between Umbria and Tuscany, Capanieri is a manor house from the second half of the 19th century.
The villa immersed in a park of cypresses and oaks still retains the charm of the house of the past even though it was renovated about 30 years ago to be converted into a farmhouse. Today the villa is divided into three blocks of rooms, each block with a kitchen and a common area. The rooms are large and have a bathroom, the systems are new with radiators, each block of apartments has its own independent boiler and each room has its own thermostat for the temperature.
In the totally fenced park there are also two ruins to be restored.
Access to the property both from the Niccone valley and from the Tuscan side is excellent as the road is asphalted up to 50 meters from the villa
The villa has a surface area of approximately 750 m2 while the ruins to be restored measure approximately 200 m2.
