Casolare San Donato is located at the top of a hill with a 360° view of the Tiber valley and the entrance to the Niccone valley.

The farmhouse measures 250 m2 and has been completely rebuilt using the same materials as the old demolished farmhouse.

The reconstruction was carried out following anti-seismic standards and regulations in terms of safety and stability of the structures. Both the electrical and plumbing systems have been 90% completed inside the farmhouse while the sewers and other external electrical and plumbing works need to be done externally. The farmhouse is sold without floors, bathrooms and finishes.

The farmhouse is divided into two apartments

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a large living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

Although the farmhouse is located on top of a hill, it has large flat land which allows you to build a swimming pool and a large and comfortable garden. The remaining surrounding land of approximately 50,000 m2 also consists of an olive grove and an oak forest.

The property is accessed from the state road via a dirt road of approximately 1 km in good condition.
