Villa Pelucca is on the hills between Umbria and Tuscany at just 40 km from Cortona .
It is an old villa built on 1839 with 2 outbuildings to be restored .§Villa is 500 square meters in 3 floors connected from an internal starcase, the structure is in very good condition , floors and roof are restored using the same old materials.
