Colle D Alghetta is located on a hill 5 minutes from the ancient medieval village of Montone.
The farmhouse of about 500 square meters has been renovated and made safe according to the seismic regulations in force for what concerns the structure, while internally a part is to be completed with bathrooms, floors and systems.The farmhouse was built in stone and is divided in two floors. The building can be divided in two residential units creating two independent entrances. In addition to the main farmhouse there are two outbuildings that have not been restored but can be demolished to rebuild an annex of the farmhouse. The access is in good condition, electricity is present in the property for the water a well must be made.
The road that passes in front of the farmhouse can be diverted to the fields downstream of the property, in order to facilitate the sale, the owners take charge of all the authorizations to move it while the buyer will take care of the realization.
