The main farmhouse was built in the Middle Ages when Montesatamariatiberina was the residence of the Bourbon family, lords of the entire upper Tiber valley.  Quattro Venti called Torre del Boia was a watchtower located at the gates of the ancient village, it was during the years enlarged  to his current size.

The main farmhouse is divided in three levels. In the basement there is a porch with a kitchen, a bathroom, on the ground floor there are two verandas, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a room that can be used as a study or bedroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a loggia.

The second building named Il Girasole is divided in two levels.
